Set on more than an acre in the private community of Hapuna Estates at Mauna Kea, Hapuna Sea Diamond is designed for relaxed island living, with expansive ocean views, carefully landscaped grounds, and generous spaces for gathering with family and friends.

A reflection pond welcomes you at the entrance. Beyond the home, the outdoor living areas open toward the ocean, where a covered lanai overlooks the spa and reverse-infinity pool. Baja shelf loungers offer a place to cool off and unwind, while a poolside gazebo provides a shaded setting for outdoor barbecues and dining.

Inside, retractable glass walls connect the great room and outdoor living areas, bringing in the ocean views and allowing the house to open naturally to the island's climate. The same views extend into the primary bedroom suites, giving the private spaces a sense of openness without sacrificing comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and ample workspace for preparing meals, whether you're cooking for the family or gathering everyone for dinner.

Five private bedroom suites each feature a full en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and private lanai. The primary suites and the bathroom serving the secluded office suite also feature outdoor garden showers. The primary bathroom includes a deep soaking tub.

The interiors are professionally designed, with considered finishes and furnishings throughout. Practical details make settling in easy: quality linens, plush towels, full-size toiletries, cooking spices, board games, and a well-stocked supply of everyday essentials. The result is a home that feels polished yet comfortable, with room to spend time together or find a quiet corner of your own.

RESORT AMENITIES AND RECREATION

Your stay includes complimentary access to the Hapuna Estates Amenity Center, with a half-Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 130-foot waterslide, barbecue areas, and a fitness center.

Guests may also purchase Registered Guest Access to Hapuna Beach Resort and Mauna Kea Resort. Depending on the applicable access terms, benefits include pool and beach chairs and towels, fitness facilities, and reduced rates for golf and tennis.

The resorts offer two very different ways to enjoy the coast, from time on the beach to dinner at Meridia, Copper Bar, or Manta. At Manta, you can finish the evening with a walk to the shore, where manta rays are sometimes visible in the waters below.

Golfers have access to two 18-hole championship courses: the Hapuna Golf Course, designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, and the Mauna Kea Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
